Based in Columbus Ohio, Kerafi Enterprise was established in April 2008 by Dr. J P Ansah, a newspaper publisher of 'The Star Newspapers' and a local computer engineer named Laurence Elie, an on-line publisher of several materials, including 'The Weekly Headline News' and 'Buckeyewebpages.com'. With news readership rapidly shifting from the traditional process of acquiring chronicles of contemporary events towards electronic media via internet, the idea of emergence was sustained with excitement and enthusiasm.
